When you submit an enquiry through our questionnaire, we collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name and address
• Event details: event type, date, location, guest count, and service preferences
• Project preferences: budget range, style preferences, deliverables, and special requests
• Referral information: how you heard about us

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry and understand your needs
• To prepare a personalized quote for your event
• To deliver our videography and photography services
• To send you marketing communications (only with your explicit consent)

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Processing your enquiry data to respond to your request and prepare quotes. Our legitimate interest is to provide the services you have requested information about.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Sending marketing communications — only when you have explicitly opted in via the checkbox on our enquiry form.
• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): When you become a client, processing is necessary for the performance of our service agreement.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Retaining financial records for 7 years as required by Dutch fiscal law.

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: Your personal data is anonymized after 6 months. Non-personal data (event type, budget range) may be retained for aggregate analytics.
• Client data (converted to project): Retained for 7 years from the end of the fiscal year in which the project was invoiced, as required by Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst).
• Marketing consent records: Retained as long as you remain subscribed, plus 1 year after unsubscribing for compliance records.

Under the GDPR/AVG, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw your marketing consent at any time

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Our hosting provider (for data storage)
• Our accountant (for invoiced projects, as required by law)

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
